However, in some cases, due to some improper operation in the transportation process, the goods you received may have defects. If this happens, please notify us by email in a timely manner.
We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our considerate customer service is always at your service.You have to provide your order number or the invoice. We will process your request within 48 hours and respond to you. Please check your email. After you receive our reply, please mail the product to the following address.

1、For the following situations, we provide free return and exchange services.
a. The goods you received have quality problems, cannot be used normally or are severely damaged.

2、For the following situations, we do not provide free return and exchange services. You need to pay the shipping fee and the 10% handling fee of the order amount due to the return and exchange.
1. Your product has no quality problems, but you still want to return it.
2. There is no quality problem with your product, but you want to replace it with another model.
